Monticello Bison Ranch is a family owned and operated ranch based in beautiful Minnesota. Growing and processing our healthy and sustainable bison meat is our commitment to our community.
We eat what we grow, and take every measure to keep harmful and dangerous chemicals away from our animals during all stages of life and process. As compassionate ranchers, we only believe in free range, grass fed, and grass finished products.
Monticello Bison Ranch is working to build its own processing facility, which will allow us to fully control our animals welfare during all stages of life.
Our target date to bring our bison meat to market is Fall of 2026!
